What can I export?

Can I make composite screenshots?

Yes. Place several devices — or freeze several moments — then lay them out with headlines and a styled background to build the multi-panel “story” screenshots that top App Store listings use. Export the whole composition as one image, in any store size.

Video or screenshots — do I have to choose?

Accepted Answer

No. Every scene gives you all three: animate it for a video, freeze a frame for a screenshot, or compose several frames into one multi-panel shot — same devices, lighting and layout, so every store asset stays perfectly consistent.

Can I export a transparent background?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For stills, set the scene background to transparent and export a PNG with a real alpha channel — drop your device onto any color, gradient or mockup in Figma, Keynote, or straight onto your landing page. Transparent video (a true alpha channel in the clip) is a premium feature: because browsers can’t encode alpha video, we render it on our servers to a ProRes 4444 file you can composite in any editor.

Is it free?

The full editor is free — build scenes and export videos, screenshots and composites with a small “Made with Mockpose” watermark at up to 720p. Premium unlocks full resolution, no watermark, cloud storage, AI scene generation, the MCP server, localization and server-rendered transparent video.

Does it run in the browser?

Accepted Answer

Entirely. There is nothing to install — the 3D scene renders and the video encodes locally in your browser (WebGL + WebCodecs). Your screenshots never have to leave your machine. Only transparent-video export is rendered on our servers, because browsers can’t encode alpha video.

Can AI build scenes for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Describe what you want in plain language and Mockpose composes the scene, or connect the MCP server so Claude and other agents can drive the studio directly. AI generation and MCP are premium features.

Can I localize my videos into several languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes — localization is a Pro feature. Bind any 2D or 3D text to a variable, add languages and fill in each translation (or auto-translate with AI). Text auto-fits its box so nothing clips, and you export one video per language in one click.

Which devices are included?

Apple’s lineup — iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac and Apple Watch — with accurate models, colors and materials. Drop your screenshots or screen recordings straight onto the screens.

Who owns what I make, and is my content private?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your screenshots and videos stay yours; as a guest they are stored locally in your browser. Publishing to the “Made with Mockpose” gallery is entirely opt-in, and you can request removal at any time.
