Meet the App Manager — your App Store listing, managed from Mockpose

If you ship apps, you know the round-trip. You craft screenshots in one tool, write your subtitle and description in another, translate everything in a third — and then you open App Store Connect and paste it all in by hand. Language by language. Device by device. One field at a time. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it's exactly the kind of work that makes publishing an update feel heavier than building it.

Today we're closing that loop. The App Manager is a new Apps tab inside Mockpose, launching in beta as part of the premium plan. Connect your App Store Connect account, and your entire listing — metadata, screenshots, app previews — becomes something you edit in one place and upload when you're ready. We're starting with Apple's App Store.

Your whole listing in one hub

Connect with an App Store Connect API key (encrypted at rest) and import all your apps. For each one, the App Manager shows the complete listing per language: name, subtitle, promotional text, keywords, description, What's New.

Instead of clicking through dozens of locale pages, you work from a base language. Other languages inherit from it until you override them — the fields you keep identical everywhere stay in sync automatically, and you only write what actually differs. Some fields are shared across device families, and the App Manager handles that for you too.

One thing we want to be unambiguous about: Mockpose never submits your app for review. It only uploads drafts. Which brings us to the heart of the workflow.

Drafts first, the store second

Every edit you make lives as a draft inside Mockpose. Rewrite your description, rework your keywords, add a language — nothing touches App Store Connect until you explicitly hit upload. You can experiment freely, sleep on a change, or prepare a whole release's worth of copy in advance.

When you do upload, everything goes to an editable version of your app — the one in "Prepare for Submission". If your live version is already published, you create a new version to edit. Pressing "Submit for review" remains yours to do, in App Store Connect, always.

AI copy that stays on-brand

Writing good store copy in seven languages is hard; keeping it consistent is harder. The App Manager includes AI metadata generation guided by a per-app AI context: your tone, your audience, your positioning, even a glossary of terms that must never be translated. The result is copy that sounds like you — in every language — instead of generic output you'd have to rewrite anyway.

Screenshots that render themselves

Screenshots and app previews are managed per language and per device, right next to the copy they belong with. And because this is Mockpose, they don't have to come from anywhere else: link your Mockpose projects to an app and render screenshots straight from them.

If you've localized your project — binding on-screen text to variables and exporting one asset per language — the two features click together: your store adds a language, your project renders it. And if a store language is missing from your project, language-mismatch detection flags it and lets you pick a fallback, so nothing ships half-translated by accident.

Entering a new market? Add the store language locally, prepare everything at your own pace, and it's created on App Store Connect when you upload.

Upload with confidence

Before anything is sent, the App Manager runs pre-flight checks: blocking issues that must be fixed — like missing screenshots — and warnings worth a second look, like an unresolved language mismatch. You see exactly what will be uploaded and what's standing in the way, before a single byte leaves Mockpose.

Available now in beta

The App Manager is rolling out in beta as part of Mockpose premium — alongside 4K exports, no watermark, cloud storage, AI and localization. The editor itself remains free to use, with exports up to 720p and a small watermark.
